Richard Sandrak (born 15 April 1992), also known as Little Hercules, is a Ukrainian-born, American bodybuilder, martial artist and actor, known for his muscular physique at an extremely young age, and for his appearance in the documentary The World's Strongest Boy.
The story of Little Hercules is a weird and wild one. Born in Ukraine, but destined for Hollywood, Richard Sandrak’s parents were determined to see their kid shine like a star. Their wish came true, as their son became the child sensation, Little Hercules. Sandrak dedicated his entire childhood to his parents’ passion and excelled beyond anyone's wildest imagination.
Just two years later, this Little Hercules had managed to increase this weight to an incredible 210 lbs or 95 kg – which is the weight of around 30 bricks! No doubt Richard Sandrak was not an ordinary child – he was a phenomenon. People everywhere were impressed with his physical abilities.

His name is Richard Sandrak, but you might remember him by the moniker "Little Hercules." He was just a kid, but he was totally ripped -- a result of doing 600 push-ups and sit-ups each day, and following an intense diet. Much of his physique was a result of his dad's training, but it wasn't a perfect relationship by any means.
Directed by Mohamed Khashoggi. With Elliott Gould, Robin Givens, Diane Venora, John Heard. Little Hercules travels from Mt. Olympus to live life as a mortal in Los Angeles.
He was known as “Little Hercules” -- the strongest boy in the world.. By the time he was eight, he had massive muscles, perfect six-pack abs, and moved like a contortionist.
Richard Sandrak, once known as "Little Hercules," made headlines when he was eight because of his massive muscles. But now Richard is 23-years-old with a beard, ponytail and his muscles are gone.
But, little did Sandrak know, the obedient son had to witness the shocking imprisonment of his father, which his obedience had brought in the first place. And there's more to such shocking events coming to 2018. There's a lot you want to know about the "Little Hercules"! Childhood Of Former Bodybuilder, Domestic Violence Lands Father In Prison
